NGC 6302

A percussion quartet inspired by NGC 6302, more commonly known as the Butterfly or Bug Nebula, a bipolar planetary nebula located in the Scorpius constellation. NGC is shorthand for the New General Catalogue of Nebulae and Clusters of Stars, an astronomical record of deep sky objects.
